We make bits, mills, shoes, and reamers that use small grit sized diamonds that are blended with matrix materials to form a diamond grinding type of cutting geometry.

They all take tiny cuts (grit size is .016" to .024") which takes very light WOB, fast RPM, and creates low torque and particle size cuttings. Excess WOB will not help and will hurt tool life in most cases. The exact numbers of how these tools should be operated depends greatly on the target they are cutting.
